We are delighted to have you here. These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the rules and conditions for using Robonova.i and the software, content, and features provided (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are made available through our official website aiyoohere.com and our mobile applications Robonova.i for Android and iOS.

By registering or otherwise accessing the Services, you confirm that you agree to these Terms and will follow all relevant laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Our Services

Robonova.i provides users with a personal chatbot service available through text, voice, and real-time audio and video interfaces.

• 1.1 Medical Disclaimer: We provide content to support emotional wellbeing but are not a healthcare provider. Our Services are not medical advice.
• 1.2 Emergencies: Our Services are not designed for emergencies. In a crisis, call 911 or emergency services immediately.
• 1.3 Real-Time Communication: We utilize third-party technology, including the Shengwang (Agora) SDK, to facilitate real-time audio and video calls. You acknowledge that Robonova.i is the provider of the application interface, while the transmission technology is powered by third-party infrastructure.
• 1.4 Modifications: We reserve the right to update or discontinue the Services at any time without notice.

2. Cancellation of Services

You may delete your account at any time in the App. This action is irreversible, and all data will be permanently erased. We may suspend or terminate your access if violations of these Terms are identified.

3. General Practices Regarding Use and Storage

We may set limits on Service use and storage capacity. Robonova.i bears no responsibility for the loss or failure to store content.

4. Mobile Services

Standard carrier fees and data charges may apply when accessing Services on mobile devices. You agree we may contact you via text or SMS.

5. CONDITIONS OF USE

5.1. User Conduct

You are fully responsible for all content (including live audio and video streams) that you upload or transmit through the Services. You agree not to use the Services to transmit any content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or pornographic.
• Infringes upon intellectual property or privacy rights of any party.
• Contains software viruses or disruptive code.
• Recording or broadcasting other users without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited.

5.2. International Use and Export Controls

You must comply with U.S. export control laws and all local regulations regarding online behavior and permissible content.

5.3. Commercial Use

Services are for personal use only. Commercial exploitation is prohibited without authorization.

5.4. Minors

Individuals under 18 are not permitted to use the Services.

6. APP STORE LEGAL INFORMATION

These Terms are between you and Robonova.i only, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no obligation for maintenance or support of the Applications.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Service Content and Software belong to Robonova.i and its partners. You grant Robonova.i a worldwide, royalty-free license to use User Content in connection with the Services.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We are not liable for content, goods, or services from third-party websites or integrated SDKs (such as Social Networking Services or communication infrastructure).

9. WARRANTY, INDEMNITY, AND LIABILITY

• 9.1 Indemnity: You agree to indemnify Robonova.i from losses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
• 9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties: The Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that real-time audio/video calls will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet specific quality standards, as these depend on network conditions and third-party provider stability.
• 9.3 Limitation of Liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last six months or $100.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA Rules, waiving your right to a jury trial or class action.

11. YOUR PRIVACY

We respect your privacy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of data, including audio/video call metadata and technical logs, as described in our Privacy Policy.
