Shenzhen Intelligent Technology Co. (hereinafter referred to as "Robonova.i", "we", "us" or "our") operates the Robonova.i mobile application for iOS. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent manner, particularly with regard to the core artificial intelligence features within the application.
1. Information We Collect
When you use this iOS application, we may collect the following types of information:
● Account Information: Such as your name, email address and password. If you sign in via third-party services (e.g., Apple or Google), we will obtain relevant login information in accordance with the privacy settings of your selected account.
● Profile Information: Your date of birth, pronouns and work status provided during registration.
● Messages and AI Interaction Content: Including text messages, photos, videos, and audio recordings (voice data) you send.
> Note: To provide real-time AI companionship and interactive services, your voice, text, photo, and video data will be shared with third-party artificial intelligence service providers for processing.
● Audio and Video Call Data: We request access to your camera and microphone permissions to provide real-time interaction services. We process real-time audio and video streams through the Agora SDK for transmission only, and do not store raw audio and video data.
● In-App Purchase (IAP) Information: Transactions are processed through Apple's in-app payment system. We collect transaction receipts, product identifiers and order timestamps to verify your virtual currency or subscription status. We do not access your credit card or bank account information.
● Device and Push Notification Data: We collect device models, operating system versions, and unique tokens for Apple Push Notification service (APNs) and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver push alerts.
● Service Logs: Network logs and performance metric data to ensure stable operation of the application and troubleshoot technical issues.
2. Third-Party AI Service Disclosure (Key Point for Apple Review)
To provide core AI interaction functions, we will share part of the user-provided data with third-party artificial intelligence service providers:
● Data Shared: Your voice, text, photo, and video data, along with conversation context and your selected AI preference settings, will be transmitted.
● Service Providers: We use the AI models provided by Shanghai Shuzhong Technology Co., Ltd., and real-time transmission services provided by Agora.
● Purpose of Use: User data is transmitted solely for the purpose of generating real-time AI interactions and digital human rendering. It is used to generate context-aware responses and personalize your AI companion image.
● Data Protection & Commercial Use Limitation: We ensure that the aforementioned third parties provide data protection standards not lower than those agreed in this policy. Your data is strictly not used for any undisclosed secondary purposes or other commercial purposes. The service providers will not use your data for their own marketing, advertising promotion, or unauthorized model training.
3. SDK Integration and Data Sharing
To implement core basic functions, we integrate the following third-party SDKs:
● Agora SDK: Processes device information and audio/video streams to provide real-time communication services.
● Apple APNs & Google FCM: Delivers push notifications using device tokens.
● Apple In-App Payment (IAP): Verifies payment receipts and manages subscriptions and virtual currency.
● AI Service APIs: Processes voice, text, and media content to implement AI dialogue and rendering functions.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
● Core Services: Ensuring the normal operation of real-time audio/video calls, instant messaging, and AI interactions.
● Transaction Processing: Verifying Apple payment receipts to complete in-app purchases of virtual items and subscription services.
● Personalized Services: Customizing conversation content and AI companion behavior based on your interests.
● Security Protection: Detecting fraudulent activities and ensuring a safe user environment.
5. Information Security and Data Retention
● Encryption Protection: All data in transit is protected by TLS/HTTPS and AES encryption.
● Storage Rules: Personal data is stored securely; real-time audio and video stream data is deleted immediately after transmission.
● Retention Period: Transaction records are retained as required by law (up to 7 years); conversation records are retained to ensure conversation continuity until you log out of your account.
6. Your Rights and Permission Management
You can manage privacy permissions through iOS system settings:
● Camera/Microphone: Permissions can be revoked at any time, and audio/video call functions will be unavailable after revocation.
● Tracking Permissions: We comply with the specifications of Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.
● Data Access/Deletion: You may contact us at Service@pbyzz.com to request a copy of your data or log out of your account.
7. Use by Minors
This service is not intended for users under the age of 18. If we find minors using the service, we will delete relevant data.
